Discrimination Policy

Dress Code

Our EPIC dress code is gender-neutral; and our presence should always be in the interest of being a Business Professional. This is a friendly reminder regarding our diversified and inclusive dress code. Thank you for your committed service to EPIC Consolidated and the properties we serve. We absolutely appreciate all that you do!

Dress and Grooming

Team members should dress to maintain a neat appearance to the ‘good’ of their positions during business hours.

  • Appropriate Attire – which could include a dress shirt with a suit or dress slacks and sports coat, wearing a belt is mandatory; earrings are to be less than 2” in length or diameter, blouses, skirt/ trousers with coordinated jackets and dresses. Hair should be neatly styled to maintain a professional appearance, including a tie, a belt, and hard sole shoes, amongst other items. Hard-sole shoes can be accommodated for cases of disabilities.

  • Inappropriate Attire – includes hats, caps, and headgear (unless previously authorized for religious reasons). Sunglasses, t-shirts, sportswear, tennis shoes, and exposed footwear are not permitted; visible tattoos are not allowed.

  • Porters/ Cleaners – All must be careful to tuck in their uniform shirts and completely button up or zip their uniform smocks while working. Only the collar button for uniform shirts / “Polo” knit shirts can be left unbuttoned. Any alterations to the uniform are subject to prior approval from management.

  • Problems Clocking in or out of ADP

  • Questions regarding Clocking in or out (please allow at least 48 hours for a response)

  • Suspicious activity during your shift

  • Changes from your original shift

  • Management requesting coverage or cleaning
